Ad-hoc Audits and Quality Control
In Planroom Track, for each Professional Trade, a number of check points can be added, organized in categories and sub-categories. Create the Audit Lists you need, to record adherence to agreed standards, mounting details and much more. These Audit Lists can be used so that individual subcontractors can perform self-assesment on agreed goals, as well as the general contractor can perform and records the results of checks across all professional trades.
With Audits in Planroom Track, you can create multiple Audit Records in one operation, with individual status and log for each item - whilst re-using your imagery, entered details, pin-åpinted positions and comments. Should an audit note be rejected, Planroom Track automatically can send events to the subcontractor responsible for fast and easy remediation.
There are no limitations on number of Audit Lists, and access to these lists are granted on all available levels in Planroom Track.
Scheduled Audits - Security Audits
With Forms in Planroom Track, you can organize i.e. your security check-up procedure with on-site registration of status on all checkpoints in the form. Forms are used for quality assurance and continuous review of various regulations and rules, such as cleanup, security and safety regulations. An administrator creates the form, and from the app it is possible to review list points later. For each item, a status can be specified and a comment attached. In Planroom you can see the results of this review and print it. Forms can be exported into PDF reports, summarizing reviews for the check list. There is also a "Template" that creates a PDF document of the checklist that can be printed and used for analog review. From the web app, an updated A3 PDF report is available with trend anaysis and development.
